Our platform provides the best listening experience and access to exclusive Spanish audio content from top local creators, in addition to 250K audiobooks. By simply putting on their headphones 15min a day, our app enables listeners to invest in their personal development whenever their hands are busy but their mind is free (e.g: working out, walking their dog, commuting). At the same time, creators make money every second someone listens to their content, so they are incentivized to keep providing our listeners with amazing content.

About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Storyteller in charge of conducting creative sessions and landing all ideas into scripts for Beek's original productions. This role is responsible for translating briefs into creative proposals, conducting creative sessions, interviewing expert content creators across various fields, and generate original audio scripts. Using AI in the development and creation of the content is a plus. In addition, you must be able to identify unique voices and adapting writing styles accordingly.

The Creative Storyteller role at Beek is in the Content area, which is responsible for producing and distributing the audio content that inhabits the platform, as well as attracting and working with content creators in the development of original pieces.

You are the person in charge of developing scripts for original productions in Spanish together with content creators. This includes conducting creative sessions, landing ideas, making content suggestions and conceptualizing stories.

The role is fully remote, but we do ask that you are in CDMX since on recording days your presence in the studio will be necessary. Our studio is located in Nápoles, CDMX.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop content with Latin America's most respected creators and work with them to land their idea in a script with a strong, engaging and high quality narrative.
    • Use AI-driven data analysis tools to understand audience preferences and adapt the narrative effectively.
    • Integrate AI-assisted text generation techniques to optimize the fluidity and coherence of the final script, while maintaining the creative essence of the creator.
  • Oversee the work of freelance writers and ensure that the tone and voice of the creator and Beek are respected and congruent in the final script.
    • Implement natural language processing algorithms to analyze and compare consistency of tone and voice in scripts, ensuring desired consistency.
    • Use AI-based recommender systems to provide personalized feedback to freelance writers, ensuring alignment with Beek's quality standards.
  • Generate title proposals that are eye-catching, concrete and unique, taking into account the creator's vision and Beek's mission.
    • Employ AI-assisted text generation models to devise and evaluate a wide range of title options, optimizing relevance and appeal to target audiences.
    • Analyze historical data and search trends using AI algorithms to identify patterns and preferences, informing the selection of more effective titles.
  • Collaborate on the creative side with the marketing team to develop and execute creative pitches that attract new users to Beek. You'll know the content best, so we believe there's no one better to share its value.
    • Use AI-based predictive analytics to identify marketing opportunities and segment specific audiences for promotional campaigns.
    • Implement AI-based personalized recommendation systems to tailor promotional content based on the interests and preferences of potential users.
  • Create a culture with creators where they feel like authors of Beek, we want every creator with content on the platform to feel like part of a family and in this role you will have a lot of contact with them.
    • Implement AI-based feedback and engagement systems to encourage interaction and collaboration between creators and the Beek team.
    • Use clustering algorithms and social network analysis to identify communities of like-minded creators and promote collaboration and idea sharing within the platform.

  • Excellent spelling and previous experience in creative roles, such as content curation, proofreading, script development or article production.

  • Ability to communicate ideas effectively and work as part of a team, as well as to receive and apply feedback constructively.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage projects autonomously.
