Our platform provides the best listening experience and access to exclusive Spanish audio content from top local creators, in addition to 250K audiobooks. By simply putting on their headphones 15min a day, our app enables listeners to invest in their personal development whenever their hands are busy but their mind is free (e.g: working out, walking their dog, commuting). At the same time, creators make money every second someone listens to their content, so they are incentivized to keep providing our listeners with amazing content.

About the Role
We are looking for a Creators Partner Manager at Beek who can manage our Creator’s Portfolio. This is role is responsible for retaining our Creators and making the Creator Experience as easy and simple as possible within Beek.
Someone interested in the Creator Economy and curious about monetization models for creators.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain day-to-day relationships with our creators/influencers and creative partner agencies.
- Track and monitor performance metrics for Beek Creators, and be able to get insights from them.
- Lead thinking and analysis to help us better understand the creator's needs and the competitive landscape.
- Develop activation and acquisition strategies with a 1: to many mindset.
- Effectively communicate creator strategy and the performance of the campaigns as it relates to our larger project goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators/influencers on behalf of Beek.
- Drive overall partner success and be responsible for the performance of the relationship.
- Be a trusted team member and understand how to collaborate with the Growth team and other teams at Beek, including Content and Product.
- Have digital presence in social media that amplify the Beek value prop and the relationship with creators.
About You
You’re passionate about creators and excited to join a quickly growing team and rapidly scaling company. You’re a natural leader who is energized by helping others succeed. You know that company culture is just as important as strategy and growth. For you, no challenge is too big or solution too small.
Experience, knowledge, and understanding:
- 3-4 years of experience working in a business development / partner-facing role and experience at a high-growth startup or creator-focused platform is a plus
- Event management such as webinars, workshops, and conferences.
- You are a strategic and creative problem solver who can turn research and data into measurable plans
- You have a willingness to try anything and everything, and to pivot quickly as needed
- Create community partnerships strategies.
- Strategic thinker and strong writer with proven work creating presentations and corporate proposals
- Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple projects and work on tight deadlines
- Ability to build relationships and exercise influence with individuals in external organisations
- Strongly passionate about the creators ecosystem.
- Being hungry, scrappy and flexible enough to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Experience identifying and pitching to potential partners and effectively leading a large number of partners/accounts
- Deep understanding of the creative landscape and possess an existing network of creators, influencers, talent agents, network managers or YouTubers
- Experience working collaboratively with product teams and collaborating on product launches
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- You are exceptionally interested in podcasts and content creation (bonus points if you are a content creator that serves a specific niche)
- English - level B2 or higher.
Mexico City based required
Technical skills:
- Ability to speak in public and to structure ideas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong data analysis for measuring portafolio´s performance
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Nice to have: Background in consulting or startups
