Our platform provides the best listening experience and access to exclusive Spanish audio content from top local creators, in addition to 250K audiobooks. By simply putting on their headphones 15min a day, our app enables listeners to invest in their personal development whenever their hands are busy but their mind is free (e.g: working out, walking their dog, commuting). At the same time, creators make money every second someone listens to their content, so they are incentivized to keep providing our listeners with amazing content.

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Creators Acquisition responsible for managing a team in charge of the end-to-end content creators signing journey.

As a Head of Creators Acquisition, you will plan, execute and oversee all outreach activities effectively, such as leading, scouting, acquiring, and signing new creators through different strategies: referrals from 1-to-1 or 1-to-many creators acquisition. We expect you to be aware of new creators’ opportunities, creators within different industries, and the current sources of the creator’s revenue and incentives costs for the company.

The Head of Creators Acquisition plays a critical role in driving the Creators Acquisition Team and acquisition strategies and is also responsible for building corporate relationships with content creators. The role is fully remote.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and onboard new creators to expand the company's content reach and creators’ network.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with creators, to drive content and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Creators Growth, Content, and Design.
  • Monitor and analyze creators’ metrics to measure the success of creator outreach and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the product development team to understand the needs and preferences of creators and incorporate these insights into product development.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and cultivate relationships with key creators.
  • Act as a liaison between creators and the company to ensure that creators' needs are being met and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and memos to senior management.
  • Develop and execute creator sales strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Plan and manage the team and the hiring process and training of new Creator's Rep.
  • In charge of designing the variable compensation for the Sales Team.
  • Continuously educate yourself on the latest trends and best practices in the creator economy to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.

About You

You’re passionate about the creator’s economy and excited to join a quickly growing team and rapidly scaling company. You’re a natural leader who is energized by helping others succeed. You know that company culture is just as important as strategy and growth. For you, no challenge is too big or solution too small.

Experience, knowledge, and understanding:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in communication, Sales, Marketing, or Business management.
  • 3+ years of experience in the creator economy.
  • 3+ years as a sales leader or manager.
  • Experience recruiting and closing creators, building partnerships, or managing creator relationships.
  • Experience in sales or business development to identify potential creators and persuade them to create content with Beek.
  • Good understanding of the industry, including the latest trends and best practices in creators and content creation.
  • Analyze data and metrics to track the success of creator outreach and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focuses on delivering results with high standards.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively negotiate and build relationships with creators and influencers.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter, is also essential for this role.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
