Our platform provides the best listening experience and access to exclusive Spanish audio content from top local creators, in addition to 250K audiobooks. By simply putting on their headphones 15min a day, our app enables listeners to invest in their personal development whenever their hands are busy but their mind is free (e.g: working out, walking their dog, commuting). At the same time, creators make money every second someone listens to their content, so they are incentivized to keep providing our listeners with amazing content.

About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager at Beek, you’ll have the chance to work in the development of the product, and work alongside a cross-functional team with members of the Engineering, Design, Marketing and Content Team. What we expect from you:
- Lead and develop the product vision alongside with the founders.
- Launch of new functionalities that will help us reach our business objectives.
- Constant communication of the results with different stakeholders.
About you
- You have experience developing product initiatives and taking them from 0 to 1.
- You have experience doing user research, data analyses, conducting user interviews and usability tests.
- You have experience defining, prioritizing and communicating the product goals in the short and long-term, and have the ability to formulate hypotheses to achieve those goals.
- You have previously worked in a cross-functional team with Engineers, Designers, Data Scientists.
- You have experience guiding and executing the product strategy, and being accountable for the business goals and improving the user experience.
- You have experience defining metrics and helping your team achieve them.
- You are very articulate with your ideas, able to communicate bottlenecks and different solution to the problems in a verbal and written way.
Technical skill:
- 5+ years of proven experience working in digital products as a Product Manager or a similar role.
- Able to define clear success metrics.
- Able to define clear hypotheses and define a product roadmap to test those hypotheses.
- Able to do data analysis in SQL, or any other tool to get user quantitative user insights.
- Able to work with limited quantitative and qualitative data to take decisions.
Bonus if:
- You know how to code or design.
- Experience working on a B2C product.
- Have worked on no-code initiatives.
