Our platform provides the best listening experience and access to exclusive Spanish audio content from top local creators, in addition to 250K audiobooks. By simply putting on their headphones 15min a day, our app enables listeners to invest in their personal development whenever their hands are busy but their mind is free (e.g: working out, walking their dog, commuting). At the same time, creators make money every second someone listens to their content, so they are incentivized to keep providing our listeners with amazing content.

About the Role

We are looking for a CRM - Lifecycle & Retention Lead interested in growing Beek's user retention in an efficient and scalable manner. This includes planning, creating and optimizing automated CRM campaigns and flows.

The CRM - Lifecycle & Retention Lead role at Beek is in the Growth Marketing area, which is responsible for acquiring and retaining customers through various online and offline marketing strategies. The role is fully remote.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leadership and development of Beek's user retention and lifecycle strategy through CRM (customer.io).
  • Creation and optimization of flows, through email and push notification tactics, among others.
  • Proposal and development of appropriate content for each part of the user acquisition, retention and reactivation funnel.
  • Identify trends and apply them in all our user retention efforts.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies.
  • Define, measure and evaluate results to obtain quantitative and qualitative analysis to help us continue to learn and improve.

About You

You’re passionate about people and excited to join a quickly growing team and rapidly scaling company. You’re a natural leader who is energized by helping others succeed. Experience, knowledge, and understanding:

  • You have a great ability to create successful retention and engagement campaigns, knowing how to iterate quickly when results are not as expected.
  • You are proficient in CRM platforms and are always willing to learn new tools as they come along.
  • You are good at analyzing data and making decisions based on it.
  • You are an organized person and this is reflected in your projects, which you can take from start to finish in an autonomous way.
  • You are not afraid to try different subjects and to learn when things don't go as expected.
  • English - level B2 or higher.

Technical skills:

  • Experience with strategic planning and sales.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
